Ouvrad has been sent in front of the Court to have, in complicity with Mr Chaillaud and the girl Berthe Capmann,
1st - stolen fraudulently at Nice, 1877/11/03rd a watch and a purse containing about 20 Francs in the detriment of Mr Janoti, by night, with 2 or several persons, with violence, by force of hiden or visible arms
2nd - at Cuers, nov 12th following stolen fraudulently a silver watch with its chain, a bag containing about 150 Francs in the detriment of Mr Serpolet, by night, on a public road, with 2 or several persons, with violence, by force of hiden or visible arms.
Ouvard was declared guilty by the jury for all the points, except the public road one.
No attenuating circumstances was retained.
